These terms govern your use of the Lumendrop apps and website, provided by Carbide Coding LLC. By creating an account or using Lumendrop, you agree to them.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Lumendrop on the devices covered by your subscription, for as long as your subscription is active.

Subscription and billing

• Lumendrop is an annual subscription. $4.99/year covers up to 3 devices, and each additional device is $4.99/year, billed together on one renewal date.
• Subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed by Stripe, and renew automatically each year until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• You may move a device license from one device to another at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Lumendrop, circumvent its licensing, or use it to infringe anyone's rights or to display content you don't have the right to display.

Your content

Lumendrop transmits your screen only between your own devices on your network. You are responsible for what you choose to cast.

Availability and warranty

Lumendrop is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carbide Coding LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumendrop. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Lumendrop at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
